It’s been a long week. There were two days where I was unable to get pictures which, although bothersome, is what it is. This is my project and at this stage of my life, Life sometimes gets in the way. One of the best things about this week was all the sunshine we had. The light from the sun is life-giving.

Last Sunday was so dark and dreary. I lit this candle and it burned all day long just to bring some gentle light into the house.

I am so thankful for this book. It contains daily readings for 31 days. For those as I am, who are a bit anxious, it has brought a few minutes of peace each day. It may be one to read and re-read.

I have mentioned my love for roses many times. But I especially love roses which are NOT red. Purple, orange, all the non-red coloured ones. The sunshine on Friday was just a glimpse of what Saturday was.

I have no idea what this tree is but it is blossoming in February. There are signs of spring popping out everywhere and the last two days have been incredibly sunny. So very grateful.
That looks like a Bradford pear tree. š
